Job Description
B2 avionics engineer based in the UAE is urgently required for one of the largest MRO in the Middle East region. Working in a modern air-conditioned aircraft hangar the licensed avionics engineer will be responisble for working on and certifying a wide range of business aircraft.
Qualifications
License: EASA and/or GCAA (B2/Avionics) licence
At least ONE TYPE RATING of the following aircraft:
    Gulfstream Corporate Jets: G150, G200, G250, G350, G450, G500, G550, G65, Gulfstream III, IV, V
    Falcon Business Jets: Falcon 50, Falcon 900B, Falcon 900Ex, Falcon 900 EASY, Falcon 2000, Falcon 2000Ex, Falcon 2000 EASY, Falcon 7X
    Hawker Executive Jets: Hawker 4000, Hawker 900XP, Hawker 750, Hawker 2000, Hawker 800, Hawker 850, Hawker 850XP, Hawker 1000
    Embraer Legacy Executive Jets; Legacy 450, Legacy 500, Legacy 600, Legacy 650
C' certifying rating

Experience
    Previous experience in leading and managing maintenance projects as a Certifying Aircraft Engineer
    Previous experience as a certifying engineer on Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker and Embraer Legacy jet aircraft.
The prime responsibilities of the B2 licensed Engineers will be:
    Organise and perform all tasks and duties related to maintenance operations
    Performed the required inspections and maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently
    Supervise the work of Technicians ensuring that all tasks are completed according to regulations and requirements
    Verify completed tasks and certify the completed work and release the A/C as air worthy upon the completion of the project
    Ensure that all regulatory requirements on tasks and work logs are in compliance
    Lead, direct and perform all line and base maintenance inspections for the relevant aircraft
    Trouble shoot on the specific aircraft for the assigned projects
    Be deployed for aircraft on ground (AOG) projects when required
