Job Description
Produce specifications, design and testing plans for new equipment. Design of complete turnkey ATC systems to customer requirements. Supporting fault finding of existing equipment.
Key responsibilities
Working with Engineering and Production Teams to turn customer requirements into final systems.
Design and specification of networked PC systems.
Design and specification of bespoke Windows PCs.
Production of specifications for external suppliers.
Investigating and resolving hardware problems.
To provide engineering based approach to customer problems/solutions.
Participating in architecture reviews.
Experience required
Working to engineering processes and system design - 5 years
Problem solving attitude able to work under own initiative
Appreciation of electronic principles
PC Networking - 2 years
Microsoft Windows - 2 years
Qualifications required
Degree. 2:1 or better in a related discipline.
