Job Description
Morson Wynnwith are currently looking to recruit a Pan Troop Operative for one of our Military/Defence clients. The successful candidate will be working in a large 'pulse line' operation with responsibility for delivering serviceable Apache aircraft in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities include:
Aircraft movement, cleaning and flight line support.
Tow aircraft when required.
Act as aircraft brakeman during towing operations.
Move aircraft in Pulse Line on pulse moves.
When suitably qualified and authorised, operate towing tractor or tug vehicle.
Assist with aircraft refuelling and defuelling.
Check GSE for serviceability to include fire extinguishers.
Assist with preparation of aircraft for road or air transportation.
Participation in aircraft recovery operations as required.
Transport Gun to and from Armoury.
Transport parts between buildings as directed.
Support aircraft related tasks as directed to include flight line operations, APU, Engine starts and air testing.
Exchange unserviceable wheels with serviceable wheels.
Assist Pylon Bay with pylon cleaning.
Marshall in/out visiting aircraft as directed.
Daily checks of aircraft towing vehicles/equipment and MHE.
Observing authorised tool control procedures.
Assist with general task as directed to include polishing transparencies and emptying scrap metal bins.
Assist with aircraft washing and cleaning.
Assist with cleaning fitted and removed Line Replaceable Units.
Assistance with aircraft role changes as required.
Servicing and "A" maintenance tasks of aircraft towing tractors.
FOD clearance and checking the security of the line dispersal area.
Actively participate in the Maintenance Error Management System (MEMS).
Administration and cleanliness of the Line Office.
Participate and contribute in lean activities to include 6 sigma.

Ideal Candidate requirements:
Preferable experience in aircraft handling, marshalling and refuelling.
Due to the nature of the role a Full Driving Licence and Airfield Driving Permit (FMT 600A) is required.
